How To Build A Western Saloon Kid's Fort Using Standard Fence Boards

Kids have the most vivid, amazing imaginations. Isn’t it wonderful when you can encourage that imagination? Now Jhawkins14 over at instructables.com has posted an awesome guide for building a backyard fort for your kids – but not just any fort, a Western Saloon fort!

This fort is built from commonly available fencing boards, but if you are on more of a budget I think it could easily be adapted and built from reclaimed pallets and old timber. Just be sure to use heat treated pallets, rather than the chemically treated ones.

I think it would just be a bit nicer and safer for the kids. if you want this for more of a adult fort 🙂 then just increase the dimensions to suit your situation. check out this great blog below to see how to build this project.
